Mastering MPM Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will the Mastering MPM Program be offered in 2007?
A: The spring quarter will begin on Monday, March 5 and conclude on Friday, May 11. The fall quarter dates will be announced shortly.
Q: What amount of time is required to get the most out of this program?
A: Time invested depends on the degree of commitment you make to learning the material and developing your MPM project. The MPM Self-Assessment Audit, MPM project proposal, required readings, and Webcast participation should not require more than 16 hours. As you would assume, the time required to complete your MPM project is dependent upon a number of variables.
Q: Has the program been developed to accommodate our busy work schedules?
A: The program has been designed for participants to complete the work at times most convenient for them, with the exception of the three Webcasts. They have specific fixed times and dates each month. If you have a valid, pre-approved reason for not participating in a scheduled Webcast, arrangements can be made with the Academic Director to allow you to view the Webcast material by an agreed upon date.
Q. When will I receive my username and password?
A. User names and passwords that provide access to the Mastering MPM website and the MPM Forum Library are emailed on the first day of each academic quarter.
