Mastering MPM Reviews

1. MPM Academic Advisory Board
As a CMO Council program, the Mastering MPM Program will be subject to rigorous quality review by the Council's MPM Academic Advisory Board of senior marketers and academic experts. The MPM Academic Advisory Board will play a central roll in reviewing the quality of programs, content, and implementation.
2. Webcasts
Following the completion of each webcast participants will be asked to evaluate the event on content, theme, presenter, and discussion.
3. Participant Evaluation
The Mastering MPM Program participants will evaluate the program and content at the end of each quarter. A complete record of participant evaluations will be kept. This information will provide a basis for periodic review of the program’s success as well as the experiences, personal development, and future needs of each participant. The information will be accessed by the program's Academic Advisors to direct future program development and by the MPM advisors to review the overall success of the program in delivering on its goals.
The following documentation will be available for development to review the overall success of the program:
- The names, registration numbers, and personal details of all participants
- Initial MPM Self-Assessment Audit results
- Documentation will be maintained for all participants for at least thirteen months following completion of the program.
