RESTRICTIONS:
Registration payment
must be received in full in order for student to gain
access to the Mastering MPM Web site and course
materials.
CANCELLATION
POLICY: All
cancellations MUST be made in writing. Acknowledgement
of all cancellations will be given in writing, However,
there will be No refunds of the registration fee. It may
be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the
organizers to alter the content, timing or venue.(what
does this mean?)
All registrations
submitted on this website, by e-mail, fax, or over the
telephone, are subject to these conditions:

cancellations must be received in writing and will

CMO Council and GlobalFluency are not liable for
circumstances beyond their control that lead to the
cancellation or changes within the program.

CMO Council and GlobalFluency are not responsible
for assisting potential participants to obtain Web
access in order to download course materials or
participate in online discussions. Students are
responsible for their own Internet access and
computer applications for using and completing
course materials.

The CMO Council takes
privacy very seriously. Throughout the data collection
process, all necessary steps are taken to ensure that
data is used only for the purposes that we have clearly
stated, and that data is protected from loss, theft or
unauthorized use.

All data collected at this site may be used for
providing the services for which you have registered.
Although we do not sell the data of our program
participants and members, we may from time to time send
you information about CMO Council products, magazines,
and/or events; and we may pass your name and address on
to approved CMO Council sponsors, underwriters and
program partners whose products and services are
complementary to the content of our programs.
Your right
to 'opt out':
Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to
'opt out' of direct marketing campaigns. If you
previously gave consent for data to be used and wish to
opt out later, you can inform us in writing or by email.
Data submitted to
www.cmocouncil.com will then not be used for
any kind of direct marketing or provided to third
parties. However, you may still receive mail from us
about your purchases or subscriptions.
Use of email

By submitting your email address to us, you agree to
allow us to use this address to notify you of any
information that may be pertinent to your participation
in the Mastering MPM program. Your email address may
also be used to send marketing material from CMO Council
sponsors, underwriters and program partners.
